UConn Extension PEP CI Facilitators
- Are volunteers
- Completes mandatory UConn PEP Cl Application. (hyperlinked to application)
- Completes mandatory Volunteer Application and on site orientation for the Connecticut Department of Corrections participants list
- Works with the Correctional Institute Volunteer Coordinator to develop a class
- Attends on line training with the Conn Extension PEP Cl coordinator to learn how to facilitate the program
- Conducts 17 weekly 2-hour sessions

- Participate in building a positive community in the prison environment
