Become a certified UConn People Empowering People (PEP) Community Facilitator and help individuals grow as leaders in their families and neighborhoods. Our facilitator training equips you with the tools, strategies, and confidence to lead the PEP Communities programs in your community. Whether you’re an educator, community leader, or volunteer, this training will prepare you to guide participants through a transformative learning experience.
Training Format
- Delivery: Online (via Zoom or similar platform)
- Schedule: Six interactive sessions, each 90 minutes long*
- Cost: $500 per person
- Includes: Training materials, facilitator guide, and ongoing support from UConn Extension
